There was a little glitch with the veronicamarsfic queue, on my end...I'm pretty sure I know what happened, so it shouldn't be an issue in the future. But I usually post simultaneously at FF and here at DW/LJ.
People are being very patient with this story for some reason. I remember how aggravated everyone was with me during the first third of YLD2. But I can't see the relationship between Logan and Veronica happening quickly in this scenario, with the external pressures and with Keith being there constantly. Besides, I'm having a lot of fun exploring the small moments between them. YLD2 was like a panoramic view of the VM world, and this is more like a telescope, homing in on a minute portion of that universe (at least that's my intention).
I don't think it gives anything away to tell you that you should plan on reading some of the future chapters when you are calm and not stressed.
