A busy night indeed, Vinnie has a lot of dirt on the good people of Neptune, poor Cliff. Vinnie is a bit of an ambiguous character, but like the way you flesh him out a bit. Clearly vanity and money are his gods. Glad to hear that you are continuing with Precipitation, I really like that story.
