Ithink I have sorted out the alert system now I had simply forgot to tick the box for email alerts.
As for the PTSD symptoms, as I said I think you have them bang on, I work regularly with people who suffer from PYSD symptoms so feel qualified to say that :) also think of it being character because I defy anyone not to suffer from that after enduring Vernica's life so far, and coupled with what you are putting her through in your fic, makes even easier to justify - not that you need to.
Must also apologise for all spelling mistakes (hopefully not so much in this post) I find typing on my laptop in bed a bit difficuult
