I keep telling you guys, my plot has completely exploded, and this story is not close to done yet. I know, you're saying, bu-u-ut Vanessa, the fic is already 110,000 words.
So you think Leo should have let Keith slide on the arson? That's a possibility I didn't consider. Rewrite!! Then Leo would have had something to hold over on Keith. Ahh, noir has so many possibilities. It's possible to be flawed in SO many ways.
I'm glad to hear you feel like I'm keeping you on your toes. I'm really trying not to spoonfeed you guys. My fabulous beta-readers really help with that. But they are only about one post ahead, and they are totally nagging me, wanting to know what happens next.
I know what you mean about a VM addiction. The other night I was trolling for a PWP, just to, you know, get me through the night (Isn't that sad, Vanessa Galore has to get a PWP fix too?). Anyways, I looked in a few fandoms and only found one that was kind of okay. Waah. There's something about these characters that really inspires writers in a way that other characters just DON'T. And it's not just the actors either: it's the sublime confluence of writing, acting, and directing along with an extraordinary attention to detail in the show that keeps us coming back for more. Thanks for the nice long comment...I'll try to feed your addiction for as long as possible.
