I see the relationship between Keith and Logan changing ever since Keith found Logan erasing the sex tapes. If Veronica had just COOLED IT in season three, they might have become pretty friendly. After all, they both were concerned with Veronica's safety and pigheadedness. (And both were victims of her moral certitude.)
