For now, I've just uploaded the chapter to Fanfiction. I'll get around to putting it up on Dreamwidth and Livejournal at some point. I'm so rusty on the coding that it'll probably take me hours.

Thank you--I really love the minor characters and I think I might have started writing because I missed the interaction of *all* the characters in the typical L/V fics that are out there. And of course, I got rid of them in Precipitation (and perhaps that's why it's taking me so much longer to write it).

And, yes, you are supposed to get something out of the sex scenes other than hot and bothered. I think that people let down their guard in the bedroom in a way that they do nowhere else (especially characters like Veronica who are so self-controlled) so you find more insight in these situations. (I always wonder about people on Amazon who complain about books having sex scenes...)
